GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKE

Naturopath Aurélie Canzoneri shares with us her gluten-free chocolate pancake recipe, delicious and very digestible, made with PURE raw cocoa powder.

Ingredients :

- 1 banana

- 2 eggs

- 70 g buckwheat flour

- 70 ml of almond milk

- 1 tablespoon of PURE raw cocoa powder 

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mash a banana in a salad bowl then add the egg yolks, flour, vegetable milk and finally the chocolate powder.

Beat the egg whites and gently mix them with the rest.

Then heat a pan and cook your pancakes over low heat... and enjoy!
