RAW COCOA & PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

An energizing, healthy and ultra-delicious recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes with the raw cocoa powder of your choice according to your desire: PURE for a refined version rich in antioxidants, magnesium and zinc, AURA for a boost of collagen, JOY for a immune boost and good mood with warm and sweet spices.

Ingredients for 1 person:

-1/2 banana

-1 glass of vegetable milk (around 100g, adjust according to the desired consistency)

-1 handful of frozen raspberries (optional, also delicious with blueberries)

-1 teaspoon of peanut butter

-1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt

- 1 teaspoon of Carrés Sauvages raw cocoa powder of your choice

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. Add vegetable milk according to the desired consistency. Serve in a glass or bowl with your favorite toppings (granola, raw cocoa nibs, seeds and oilseeds, etc.).
