With the surprising ingredient of sweet potato, this chocolate cream rich in fiber and beta-carotene, which also benefits from the antioxidant power of raw cocoa, will make you beam with pleasure.

Ingredients for a large pot: 
-150 g of steamed sweet potato flesh
-80 g of Grand Cru dark raw chocolate
-3 cl of water
-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
-1 pinch of sea salt

Melt the dark chocolate using double basin method. Mix the sweet potato flesh, melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, water and a pinch of sea salt until you obtain a smooth puree. It's ready !

You can keep this spread for 5 days in the refrigerator.
