CHOCOLATE CHICKPEA BLONDIE

Recipe for a cake without butter, without eggs, without milk... with a chickpea base. The texture is creamy, the taste addictive, you can barely guess the chickpeas.​​​​​​​​​​ Ultra delicious.

Ingredients for a cake: ​​​​​​​​
-500 g chickpeas
-200 g of applesauce without added sugar​​​​​​​​
-100 g of nut puree (peanut, almond, etc.)
-80 g of maple syrup​​​​​​​​
-140 g of oat flakes
-200 g of dark chocolate @carressauvages
-1 sachet of baking powder​​​​​​​​
-1 pinch of sea salt

Preheat your oven to 160°C.​​​​​​​​

Drain the chickpeas. Place them in a salad bowl. Add the compote, the nut puree of your choice, the maple syrup, fleur de sel and baking powder. Blend in a blender or hand blender. You must obtain a homogeneous texture, without chunks. Pour in the oatmeal and mix again quickly. Roughly cut the chocolate using a good knife and add it to your preparation then mix with a spatula.​​​​​​​​

Pour into a mold previously oiled or covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Cook for approximately 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 30 minutes before eating!
