For about 3-4 bowls:
- 2 bananas
- 150 g of gluten-free oat flakes
- 30g crushed almonds
- 30 g of Grand Cru dark chocolate @carressauvages crushed into chips
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all the ingredients in a small salad bowl then form small balls using your hands. Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper then bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, it's ready! Enjoy plain or in a bowl of vegetable milk... Good morning! ☁️⚡️
The cereals can be kept for around 5 days in an airtight jar.
