RAW COCOA NIB GRANOLA

A crunchy granola, rich in nutrients to start the day right. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, thanks to sunflower seeds, in antioxidants thanks to sesame seeds and raw chocolate and in magnesium, this granola has a nutritional profile adapted to awakening the body and mind. All accompanied by oat flakes, bringing great nutritional power to this breakfast.⠀⠀⠀

Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 60 g of oat flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 25 g sunflower seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 20 g of sesame seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 100 g almonds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30 g olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30 g of maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30 g of cocoa nibs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step by step: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Mix all the ingredients - except the cocoa nibs - in a salad bowl then spread your granola on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Remove from the oven and let cool, the granola will become crispy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Then add the cocoa nibs (this way it remains raw and retains all its nutrients), mix and pour into a pot or small airtight jar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Store for about 1 month at room temperature. Enjoy with yogurt, porridge, in vegetable milk…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
