Extremely simple and very very good!
Ingredients :
- 100g of raw dark chocolate @carressauvages
- 2 fresh eggs
- 20 g of honey (optional)
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, mix with the egg yolks.
Beat the whites until stiff and incorporate them gradually.
Cooking: 4-6 minutes at 220 degrees. And it's ready!
