TENDRESSE, our iconic sheep's milk bar

The TENDRESSE bar combines the delight of an intense cacao and the sweetness of sheep's milk which, by breaking the strength of cocoa, releases a warm and delicate emotion.

This is a dark milk : a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content (52% versus 25%-35% for most milk chocolates). Sheep's milk is more digestible than cow's milk and provides an incomparable creaminess with notes of caramel.

Ingredients: raw organic Kamili cacao beans from Morogoro Tanzania (38%), organic coconut blossom sugar (28%), organic whole sheep's milk powder (20%), cocoa butter. Gluten-free.
