MATCHA LATTE elevates Japanese matcha tea in a white chocolate with a low sugar content (20%) and a high matcha concentration (4,5%). It remains a very accessible chocolate, smooth, enveloping and comforting. The Japanese roasted rice (that we can find in genmaicha tea) adds the crunch while enhancing the subtle, vegetal, and umami notes of the exceptional Anatae matcha selected for crafting this chocolate bar.
