New Grand Cru recipe 85%
This new version of our Grand Cru tablet is even higher in cocoa, 85%, and made with beans worked at low temperature, without roasting, which come from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania. This gives a pure and intense dark chocolate with a nice length in the mouth and roundness. We mainly use whole sugars with a low glycemic index. For this recipe, it’s whole-grain Java coconut blossom sugar.
Ingredients : raw cocoa beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania, complete sugar from Java coconut flowers, cocoa butter. Ingredients from organic and fair trade crops.
Creation made by hand from the cocoa bean to the bar in a Parisian workshop.
