A smoothie with antioxidant properties thanks to the combination of blueberries, raw cocoa and Ceylon cinnamon. Raw cocoa contains four times more antioxidants than classic chocolate. It is particularly rich in OPC (oligo-proanthocyanidins), molecules among the most powerful in the polyphenol family, rarely abundant in food except in Ceylon cinnamon and grape seeds. -1 slightly green banana
-2 handfuls of frozen wild blueberries
-1 tablespoon of almond puree
-1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon of AURA Carrés Sauvage cocoa powder
-200 mL of vegetable milk
-Topping: Carrés Sauvages raw cocoa nibs
Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Pour into a bowl and add cocoa nibs.
