Strawberry season is in full swing for our greatest happiness. This roasted strawberry porridge is the ideal recipe for a spicy, enveloping and nourishing seasonal breakfast. The roasted strawberries concentrate their aromas and melt deliciously in the mouth.
For the roasted strawberries, it's simple: you bake them for 30 minutes at 180°C with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey (adjust according to the quantity of strawberries and your taste).
Porridge base for a bowl:
- 1 glass of vegetable milk
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of gluten-free oatmeal
In a saucepan, pour the milk, oatmeal and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce the heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring. Your porridge is ready 🙌🏻
Add roasted strawberries, raw cocoa nibs to stock up on antioxidants and a crunchy touch, and why not a few basil or mint leaves. As good hot as cold.
